  • Get different type of sketches so you can analyse which one is better as your final design.

Part B

  • A good way that I have learned to communicate is using mind maps because you can show your collegues and teachers your ideas and you plan, because its really clean and easy, its not difficult to understand. also MicrosoftTeam is the most useful in my opinion because I use it for online lessons to communicate with other students and teachers also because it has video call and sharing screen you can explain everything better and talk to them directly.​

  • The least effective way for communication personally is MiroBoard  because everyone are using it and it just get really confusing and I can't really understand all the ideas.

  • I will for sure use Microsoft Teams and Mind-maps to communicate

Part A

MARKET RESEARCH

  • Market research is to gather informations about target market and costumers, it's a really important business strategy to know who they are and know about them.

  • market research is used to contact the costumer and get feedback about the product/service.

  • it help is marketing strategies, it improves sales performance and a better understanding of what the costumer wants.

  • It takes time, its expensive and the informations aren't always right.

AUDIENCE RESEARCH

  • Answer businesses questions, to find out what the audience is interested in and get to know their opinions.

  • By using audience research you get the ability to act differently and personalise it and make the product/service better.

PRODUCTION RESEARCH

  • Gather informations of the production issues.

  • Help companies to know a number of factor how it will effect their creation of their product/service and to know the best way to present it to their audience.

  • Keep it up with their costumers, opportunities to improve.

  • a lot of competition, risk and and involve extra cost.

Part B

  • Market research was the most effective because from my last project that I have done it was about what the clients wants so it gives you a better idea of how to satisfy your costumer.

  • The less effective was Production research because I already had everything I need to work with also I knew what my costumers needed.

  • In the future I will still use Market research but Audience research too because its all about satisfying your costumers, and if your costumer is happy and satisfied that makes you have even more costumers in the future and you get even more experience because every costumer needs different things.

What information did you learn from the source/research activity?

I have learned that it's a good way for the group to communicate and discuss on all the topics and give personal opinion.

I learned where I should improve and what I should have done to make it even better by the comments of my colleagues and teachers.

You can get everyone personal opinion about your work and get feedback, it improves your listening/talking skills and it it gives you the confidence of speaking.​

It's not always individual comments and it takes time for the decision.​

How likely are you to use this type of research again?

Most likely to use this type because its a really good way to improve your work and make it even better in the future because you gather all the feedback from everyone and you know what to do for the next project.

What information did you learn from the source/research activity?

I did not learned anything new because we already talked about everything in the video call directly and the brief that was given to us everything was written on there, the things that we had to know.

 

What type of things did you learn?

Because of lack of information online I did not came to know anything new about them.

What were the positive aspects of this type of research?

Positive aspects were that with this research you can search and come to know about anything online instated of asking them or looking at the brief or if for example you missed any point of that the client was saying you can search it online and gather some informations.

What were the negatives of this type of research?

Negative aspects were that not all the informations that you find online are right, some of them are wrong so the better option or just to confirm what you saw online was to ask the client or check the brief.

How likely are you to use this type of research again?

Most likely to use this type because its easy and you can do better work, its a bit risky but you can get inspirations, make up ideas yourself by gathering all the informations your finding online.
